Every year, all around the world, governmental institutions and businesses burn the midnight oil, and quite a bit of the world's natural resources, to light up the world. From highways and tunnels to warehouses and parking lots, there are lights burning bright, twenty four hours a day. The impact to the world's energy resources, with all of this non-stop lighting, is significant to say the least.
